Great job all around!

Just recently worked with Bill Newstad and his team to close on the sale of my condo in Staten Island. Things could not have gone smoother. Bill was not only knowledgeable; he was also personable and understanding. He explained all the "legalese" in plain English and this provided me with a genuine comfort level. Bill's fees were more than reasonable. His staff is absolutely wonderful. Great phone coverage and the best paralegal. Tonianne was incredibly responsive and always so kind - not to mention smart! They gave you the feeling you were working with friends and with someone who had your interests at hand. Never once worried that I wasn't being represented by the best. Highly recommend Bill and his team. Will actually utilize his services again when we sell my Mom's home in NJ. Great job all around!

All I have to say is… WOW!!!!

I have recently purchased a home and William Newstad represented me. All I have to say is... WOW!!!! The process was a breeze thanks to his knowledge, professionalism and sense of breaking down "Real Estate" vernacular for us to understand. When we first met him he explained the entire process and what we would need, he understood that we would have a million questions and misunderstandings and he handled them effortlessly. His assistant, Tonianne answered every question and immediately responded back to my emails. When she was off or unavailable, it was without fail she called me back at her first opportunity. She explained to me what was done, what was next, how it was done, and all the in betweens. If there were any complications in the process, they resolved it and moved on! At the closing, William was focused on our best interest, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed and explained EVERYTHING. His sense of humor made us feel at ease through what could have been a miserable process! I know i have tortured his office with my questions and worrying, but they made me feel at ease and did not make me feel uncomfortable or annoying. If in the future I am fortunate enough to purchase another home, Willam Newstad's number will be the first number I dial!!!

What I liked best was the way Bill explained everything.  He put everything in simple terms and language that my kids came away from the meeting understanding everything.  I would tell others how friendly and professional Bill and his staff are.  I would recommend Bill's free workshops to see what it's all about.

Bill was excellent at explaining things in a manner we could understand.  He made sure all parties involved in the trust were present and understood the terms and issues.  We appreciated his understanding of the elderly and their need for dignity throughout.
